Well, last time I am buying from Groupon - took about 6 months and much fighting to get my first refund, and still waiting for the second for goods delivered broken - I called less than 5 minutes after delivery receipt of the goods to report the defective goods and was promised a replacement or refund - still waiting, many emails and calls later i am being ignored - no response or acknowledgement - CAREFUL people - Groupon DOES NOT refund for defective goods - you pay for nothing and end up with a lot of frustration and cost of calls to Cape Town and emails sent all in vain. Really BAD customer service and not true to the customers.
