I wrote a complaint last week about Groupon not answering emails. Then of course, when you write on HelloPeter they answer straight away and then asked me if I want a refund. I said yes please. Then I wrote back asking when is the refund going to happen. No answer. Wrote again. No answer.
This is the LAST TIME I buy anything on Groupon. Beware of this company, they cannot cope with demand, they don't answer emails and don't process refunds. If you're lucky to get what you bought, you will get it in a month's time. BEWARE!
