"I purchased two suites to the value of R6500 from Factory of style through Groupon. After the transaction, I was told that there is a delay with the tailor and he is abroad. After a month, I decided to cancel as the factory of style still could not confirm when the tailor would be back in south Africa. Following the cancellation agreement, I was advised by the Factory of style that they would help me get my refund from Groupon as the funds are still with Groupon. I followed their instructions and sent groupon a number of emails indicating that i want a refund and my cash back. Its now been three months and I have not had one response from Groupon or the groupon representative- Nazeem. I tried getting in contact with the Factory of Style and even they do not respond to my emails or calls. This is a clear breach of contract, they have taken my money but not given me what i have paid for. I will never use the factory of Style or Groupon again, I would advise everyone to think twice before using these organisations. I will now have to get legal assistance with this. Groupon is always in situations like this. hopefully this can now be resolved.. BEWARE OF GROUPON"
