It is actually advertising and furniture (category of complaint).
I think the Zenwacht branch customer service is pathetic I dont even know why that store exists. We purchased the hood, stove and oven on 31 July. we received two of the stuff the hood and the stove which we also had to hear alot of stories they cant deliver cause all the furniture was not there. I eventually got it that they deliver the hood and the stove. Now the oven is my ever end.
It seems this parts for this oven is now collected via japan, manufactured in China and then delivered to South Africa but due to the loadshedding that is probably the next excuse they product can just not reach its primary destination (store) nevermind the final destination (customer address). When we looked on the website we knew were going to wait about 3-6 weeks but we are heading to almost two months.
What it my pet hate about this store is they do not give regular feedback as to where they are in the process if the customer dont follow up they come up with some lame excuse. no mam we did phone defy this morning and they still dont have any stock. Believe you me if it has shown on the OK website that the product was out of stock then we would have never ordered it. If you check on Game stores they will say that the product is out of stock but not OK so automatically it makes the customer believes that there is stock.
The store must get the customer service practise together. the must become proactive and not reactive because believe you me I would have probably be long time fired if I had to wait for customers to phone me everytime to know what the status of a situation is.
And to top it all we are first time customers at this store and this is the type of service we received.
