Good day my is Nonhle Shelembe we booked with my family at fountains hotel using Agoda when we book the Agoda website shows the amount of R5087 for 6 people 3 nights without breakfast and R6466 with breakfast we made a booking under the impression we will have breakfast because we had booked other place we had to cancel because the place was no longer going to serve breakfast we wanted a place that provide breakfast shock of our life when we get to the venue just after we paid they told us breakfast was not included we explain to them when we book the website shows that the breakfast was included the lady who was helping us doing payments was shocked she said they will try and sort it out because we were not the first people to have the same problem she went and spoke to a Lady manage (Chinese) I have no idea how is that lady because a manage she has no management skills non or what so ever she treated us like shit when we ask to speak to someone else she advised she was the only one we can speak to we explain to her the reason why we booked the hotel at the first place she suggested we can go somewhere else if we are not happy but we won’t get the money back she made sure we don’t get to speak to anyone she was at a desk for the duration of our stay she suggested we must sent proof we did but nothing happened we had a screenshot taken while we were planning to book the place we also have a voice note we ask her to call someone who we understand our language to listen and translate to her she refuse
