Broken Promise from Groupon

I ordered a 'shake n take' 6 weeks ago from Groupon.

After calling and emailing I eventually got a promise from a surly and unhelpful call center agent who promised me that it would arrive by today, Friday 23 January 2013.

It has not arrived.

This is a blantant breach of promise, and a very poor show from Groupon.

You must to deliver it before Thursday 31 January or I will take legal action and demand my money back, as well as the interest you have gained on my money in 6 weeks, and the cost of calls made to you, and the time and money spent in trying to get an answer from you.

I would like a written response indicating the exact date and time I will be receiving this product, after all, you have had my money for a month and a half already! Please do not call me - I want it in writing to my email address so I can take action in the quite likely event that you once again do not fulfil your promise.

I will never buy from Groupon again, your backup is pathetic and you don't keep your promises.
