NO PRODUCT RECEIVED AFTER EFT WAS DONE

I've purchased a deal off Groupon (a play stove for R349). After 2 weeks of no deliver, I queried. This morning I received an email from Vinoth, stating that he cannot guarantee shipment of my product, and I should choose something else, or the will refund me. A long list of requirements attached of how I can make sure to be refunded... NO. This is NOT on. Not only was this supposed to be a birthday present, but what if I never queried? A whole lot of woman from my work are also very unhappy about service from Groupon. Emails just come back with "we're sorry...". This is totally unacceptable, and I won't stand for this!!!
