Ordered a product from Groupon and paid on 12 Nov. The fine print says delivery will take place within 2 weeks of purchase. After 2 weeks, nothing delivered. When I queried this, the consultant said that in the fine print, the 2 week period commences when the deal is closed which was the 15th Nov. It did NOT say this in the fine print but doesn't matter, its only 3 days longer. When the "new" deadline came, still no product. Emailed them, and they say they will escalate the "issue". I phoned customer service and they said that they will escalate to the correct people. Three weeks down the line and still no product. I just received an email from a consultant stating "we haven't found a solution to your case yet". What the does that mean?? I use groupon for restuartant deals and have had no problems. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT DELIVER!!
