No Delivery and No Refund!!! GROUPON IS PATHETIC!!

Purchased a deal on the [URL Removed] website at the beginning of December 2012. After various emails and phone calls during the course of January 2013 I was promised that my products will be delivered in due course.

On the 22nd January 2013 I received an email from Angelique Johnson claiming that their supplier of the product is "out of stock" and that Groupon would need to "arrange a refund". Once again after various unanswered emails to Angelique Johnson... I received a belated response from Shana Weeder on 29 January 2013 claiming that my refund for the purchase will be "reversed back to the credit card used for purchasing the Groupon and should reflect in the next 3 to 5 working days".

Today is the 6th of February 2013, which means it is 6 working days since receiving the email from Shana Weeder on 29 January 2013, and guess what... STILL NO REFUND.

This is by far the most pathetic service I have ever received in my life from a "Service Provider". Either the employees at Groupon do not value their clients whatsoever, or many employees of Groupon are completely incompetent. My guess would be both of the before mentioned points!!!
