I ordered Smurf purfume as Christmas presents in November 2010. Nothing was delivered & nobody contacted me. When I called Groupon SA, they said that I could request a refund! I told them I did not want a refund, but wanted the products I had ordered! They said they would get back to me, but didn't.
Finally in November 2011 I plucked up the courage to retry Groupon SA. Unfortunately it was completely a rerun of what I had experienced a year before. I ordered a selection of board games for my daughters Christmas present. I emailed to find out about the delivery after a few weeks, but was told that my email would be attended to. In January 2013 I again sent an email, but again had no response. I called today only to be told that they could give me a refund!!! I don't order products to be told that I cannot have them, but instead can have a refund. No one communicates what is happening with the product, and no one gets back to you. Bad, pathetic service!!! I cannot believe that I tried them again. Don't waste your time ordering, because you are bound to have to make a call & GET A REFUND - which I only requested today, so don't even know how long it will take or if I will get it!
