working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday). If you do want to cancel, you must do so by sending us an email to tell us you are cancelling

I RECEIVED MY VOUCHER FROM THEM 29 OCTOBER AND REQUESTED A REFUND 7 NOVEMBER (WITHIN THE 7 DAY PERIOD) AND I KEEP ON GETTING EXCUSES FROM THEM WITHOUT MY REFUND TO DATE-26 NOVEMBER, DISGUSTING SERVICE AND UNACCEPTABLE WORK PRACTICE AND WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME DETAILS OF THEIR OMBUDSMAN OR CEO BUT NO INFO HAS BEEN SENT AS PER MY LAST 3 E-MAIL REQUESTS.

WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GROUPON VOUCHER FROM THEM AGAIN OR REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AGAIN.
