Incompetence and no follow-up or follow-through

I purchased a Groupon item on 20/05/13, received delivery 03/06/13. On testing items, I found them 2 b faulty. On 4/06, I contacted the Call centre 2 have goods exchanged for items that worked, only 2 btold that they don't do exchanges! The T&Cs clearly state "defective products would be exchanged" so I insisted on it. 1 wk later, I had still not heard back from Groupon, despite me following up, only 2 btold that they would respond to me via e-mail. 2 weeks later, I again call the CC to find out what is happening, only 2 btold that the supplier hasn't got back to them regarding the exchange! How is that my problem? Where is feedback 2 d customer? I then asked for a refund, & was asked to submit banking details, which I did. On 21 June I again call the CC to find out where my refund is, 2 find out they have refunded my Groupon account??!! Why would I want to purchase from u again when I have just been over? I then insisted on it being corrected, & was told by "Senior agent" Angelique Johnson that all would be sorted by 24/06. Today 25/06, I have to again call back 2 b told they are still waiting for supplier feedback! Where is feedback! Incompetent!
