I purchased a camera from Groupon online in October 2012. They delivered the parcel and found that the camera's screen was cracked. When I called to request a swap over, they said that they were out of stock on the camera and will have to give me a refund for the item. To this date I have been given the run around and requests from them to send statements with proof that the money hasn't been paid into my account. It is now the 18 of March 2013 almost 6 months later and I still haven't received my refund.
These people are and everyone should be very careful when buying their items online!
