I bought a shoe rack from Groupon in August 13. When it arrived it was not as advertised so I contacted groupon for a refund and to collect the they sold me. It is now January and after numerous emails back and forth and promises of collection I am still waiting for them.
Groupon customer service is shocking and I even tried to call on their 021 201 7100 number and the options to select to the correct department dont work!
Groupon you need to pull your socks up, your service is disgusting!
