Begging for my refund

Mid January I accidentally double booked accommodation VIA Groupon SA, which I reported the same day. I was promised that I will be refunded by January month end - but until today have not received my refund. I certainly think they are cons and will never make use of them ever again. Groupon you may take that refund for all I care, I just want everyone else to know what artist you guys are.
