I purchased a product from Groupon on the 26th December 2014. The deal closed on the 11th Jan and delivery was meant to be within two weeks after this date. I enquired about the delivery on the 28th Jan and was told that they need to confirm with the sister company, but the order was never dispatched. So I will need to wait another two weeks. I then responded that it is unacceptable and that I wanted urgent confirmation of when I would receive the product, and now they are no longer responding to any of my follow up emails.
