We booked and paid x 2 tests that was on promotion with groupon. For several days thereafter I called Live Blood Analysis to make a booking but no one answered and even though I left a message, no one had the courtesy or decency to honor that message. With the money paid and a request with bookings to be made within several days of the payment which has long passed leaves me to wonder the type establishment this is.
Attempts should be made at least to answer their phones.
