Do NOT buy vouchers from these people. Not on Groupon, Daddy's Deals or any voucher! I made the horrible mistake to buy a voucher from them. I did investigate them on Hello Peter and then decided that maybe it was just a grumpy customer who felt a bit down that day... Not the case. After being told they can't accomodate me at all in December I made a booking for the 7th of January 2014 at 16:00. I work in Roodepoort and had to leave work early only to get to the salon which was closed. When I phoned them the following day, I was told by Sheryl that "oh sorry we were actually closed and only came back to work today". They did not bother to phone me or let me know that my booking which was made weeks before, won't happen and they just pulled up their shoulders and said "oops sorry". It is utterly disgusting that they have no common decency or any remote kind of professionalism. The salon itself is in the "Radison Blu". But it's this small and little shop that's the only shop so it's actually scary to walk there as there is only one other shop on the other side. On the one hand I am glad that it worked out this way because I don't think my hair would have been in the best hands
