SO DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE

I called and Chezlin (not sure of spelling) took my call and I told him my issue and right after he put me on hold. I held for 10min and got cut off. He clearly didn't want to deal with my query as it doesn't make sense. AFTER HOLDING FOR 30MIN THIS IS WHAT I GET??? If groupon themselves can't make sense of it then who can???

I am so annoyed and disgusted by Groupon and their service. WE SHOULD ALL JUST STOP USING GROUPON. LOOKING AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON HELLO PETER AND FACEBOOK AND JUST BLADDY RIDICULOUS!!! NO WONDER THE MERCHANTS ARE ALSO DODGE BECAUSE OF DODGY GROUPON!!!
