I purchased a Groupon Voucher for R850 for an airport transfer through Executive Transfers. I made the booking on their website but when the date drew near I was not able to confirm my booking with the Company and after doing some investigations discovered the Durban branch of the Company no longer existed. After making a call to Groupon to report my findings I was told they would investigate and egg back to me. Maurisia did try and call me as I was leaving the country, but I have since informed her of my return and tried emailing her and her superior requesting that they contact me but my email has been ignored, Groupon still continue to advertise Executive Transfers, including the Durban branch on their website, which means they have not even bothered to investigate my complaint. All I want is a full refund, and certainly won't be making use of them again.
