I bought a voucher on Groupon SA on Thursday, 3th October - got a payment reference and made the payment the next day. I sent a query few days later - no response for at least a week. Eventually, i called to ask what happened to the voucher - another two days later - they replied the deal expired. I have asked to be refunded although up to now i have not been refunded. I mailed groupon SA but no response.
Poor service = Groupon SA
