I purchased a 3.5 Liter Energy Saving Whistling Kettle on the Date of purchase: 19.10.2012 to which I only took delivery on the 06.11.2012
On the 05.08.2013 less than 1 year after taking receipt the kettle broke. The handle bolt which is mounted on the inside of the kettle broke CLEAN off - manufacture problem if you ask me or poor quality material.
Any way - since informing them on [Email Removed] NO response. I then tried [Email Removed] and got a system generated response informing that they have not heard from me - yet I never got a response. I did though AGAIN respond informing that no action was taken and to date I am in the same boat. I have spent thousands on this site and they well aware of it - but this I fear will be the last - so warning to the rest of the consumers out there - if it breaks, it's your baby because groupon will not assist although making $$$$ from us.
