On 290613 I purchased a deal on Groupon and upon making payment I accidentally inserted an incorrect letter on the reference code. I set an email to Groupon informing them of such an error and they came back to me and said they would refund me and asked for my bank details which I provided. I also requested if possible I would still like to have the deal and if they could perhaps send me a voucher instead. They came back to me and said they had not found a solution to my dilemma. I found that strange as I'm pretty sure this is not the first of such a nature. No body has bothered to come back to me since. I sent a follow up email on 130713 & another one on 180713 and ashamed to say there has not been any response, no refund nor voucher. I got in touch with the Co responsible for the deal & they told me to get a voucher from Groupon (& nothing) The Groupon office has since DIED a slow devastating death. Its quite shocking for a huge corporation such as this. My next step is approaching the newspapers and CPA. What really irks me the most is the loss of contact., I say we get in touch and take action collectively. I also realise they don't respond which is ok as action will be taken
