I purchased a 'voucher' from Groupon and misread the information - although it advertised all the branches, this particular voucher was for the Durban branch only. I wrote to Groupon explaining what had happened and was responded to by Guhan Manishankar who was incredibly efficient and helpful and had the refund back in my account within a few days. What a pleasure to deal with someone so competent and effective - kudos to you, Guhan!!!
