I purchased an online voucher on the 17 October 2013 and delivery was supposed to take place within 14-30 days. My item has not been delivered to date. I called Delaclick on the 14 November to make an enquiry on the gentleman who answered my call promised that someone would call me back regarding my query. I have not recieved any response. I went on the website on the 18 November to request a refund and have still not recieved any feedback. I tried today to call their Johannesburg office but the line is permanently engaged.
