I placed 2 orders with Wicount over the space of a few weeks.
The first, (Order no. 827096) for Cable Drops was placed in March 2013 (yes, 7 months ago!!) was sent to the wrong post office despite my giving my correct address details.
The other (Order no. 832299) was for a handbag rack, which just simply never arrived.
For both of these orders I received notifications from Lovemore Dube saying that these orders were on their way, but they clearly weren't.
I have emailed and called Wicount, and specifically Dube, more times than I count, but still I have not actually received confirmation from them as to the status of my orders and whether I will be receiving these orders or simply be refunded.
I am really disappointed in this terrible service!
