Groupon advertised a massage, pedicure and facial. once the deal closed, groupon had sent a mail to say that the fine print was incorrect. i had requested ( #643399) a refund as i was not interested in the new deal. to this day i have not heard back from groupon.
I have the emails to prove that I have tried to get my money back with no success or response from groupon.
It would be really nice to hear back from them
