I tried to process a refund with Groupon in August. After going back and for a million times with over 20 consultants, they finally agreed to refund me. Till today I am waiting for this refund. Having to call these people is so exhausting. The service I recieve is appauling and they have a "I don't care" attitude. People are constantly being fired or resigning so there's no follow up with enquiries. So everytime you call, you have to explain your case from scratch.
I don't know what kind of business these Groupon people are running but it makes no sense how they flourish when they consistently to people about what they can do and what they will do.
The fact that they don't even care to respond to posts uploaded by real people on this network just goes to show that Groupon does not care about how they handle their customers or even retaining them.
