Tradewinds inn refund

I saw a deal on groupon then i paid money for the deal which was for accomonation at Tradewinds inn Kzn. The deal for was for 2110 so by mistake i paid 2100 so they did nos send me the voucher cause they said i did not pay the right amount.they promised to refund me but everytime i am told to send my banking details which i do but still no money.
