When I telephoned the Skin And Laser Clinic, I was told that the practice has been closed and that the voucher cannot be redeeemed and that I must contact Groupon. I am calling Groupon since 3 November 2012 and am still waiting for a refund.
I then called Digital Photo School to make an appointment, but the merchant said that he is not honouring groupon vouchers, as he does not get paid by groupon and does not work with groupon anymore and that I should call groupon. In this case I am calling groupon since 21 October 2012 and am still waiting.
In both the above instances, groupon just makes empty promises and just fails to deliver.
Please refund what is due to me and promise never ever to use your services again.
