Refund & poor service delivery

I have just been informed that I need to ask for a refund for a voucher which Groupon have never advised on, I have emailed & have had no response.

My experience of the Brazilian Blow Out - my experience at the salon on Saturday, please refer to just 6 of the points I wish to mention below.
1. I have never sat at a salon where the stylists barely talk to you. 2. I did not know what was happening half the time 3. I got burnt on my ears and my crown (which is still sensitive) by the straightners 4. Found one stylist (the individual not doing my hair) rude when staring at me in the mirror then laughing and had more water down my neck and in my eyes than on my hair (perhaps this is why she was giggling). 5. no one even tried to persuade me to use The Upper Cut as my permanent salon,
6. The staff spending most of their time in the back room while clients are left wondering what is happening in the main part of the salon is not professional and what if there was a. There have been a group of us going for Brazilian Blow outs and finding different salons to go to in trying to find the best one. My hair looks the worst & I have had the worst experience.
