I recently purchased vouchers on groupon but due to medical reasons i could not use them.
I contacted groupon customer service centre, was put on hold for almost 45 and finally call drops. I then emailed them my request and i received a response that a consultant will get back to me within 24 hours. Its now been 2 weeks, and my vouchers have expired and still no response from groupon!!!
Their service is disgusting!!!
