I was promised that the products I ordered would be delivered to me in a week (7 days). It has since been 3 weeks and still no delivery or communication from Groupon to explain what is going on. I have since asked them a few times both by email and over the phone to cancel this order and return my money. They have ignored my emails, and when I call them their stories change everytime over why this delivery was not made on time, and what then cancellations procedure is. Yesterday the lady I spoke to (Megan - probably not her real name) said the procedure is to reject the delivery when it arrives, she even promised to send me an email confirming this, which she never sent. I am thinking this is obviously a since why would they want to spend money bringing me something I am gonna reject. But I didn't call her out on that, just asked for the procedure to be confirmed by email, which I was never sent.
I just want my money back, and I will report Groupon to whatever authority I must to get this back. I am no longer interested in their product and I have sent them an email confirming the same
