Waste of time and money!

I recently ordered an LED head light, Order number: 39264
Turns out one of the LEDs was not working. So I contacted OneDayOnly and spoke with supplier, then I was told I can send in the item through one of my local dealers. So I went to the closest one on the list and turns out they don't know anything about the product!

So after wasting time and petrol I now have to spend more time and money to post it directly to the supplier!
This item has a 5 year warranty and I have'nt even had it for a 2 weeks yet... I'm not going to buy electronics from OneDayOnly again!
