I made a complaint a few weeks back regarding an MP3 player that was faulty. At the time of writing the complaint I did not know that ONEDAYONLY had already reversed my payment (inc delivery charges) and that they had sent me me feedback with an apology via email. the email had not come through to my inbox.
therefore I feel that the staff at ONEDAYONLY handled my situation promptly and fairly and seen as I can not retract a complaint on hello peter I would like to issue this apology to them instead. xxx
