In December we ordered 3 nespresso capsule holders (made by Brabantia) from OneDayOnly as Christmas gifts. When we gift wrapped the items after we received it, I noticed that one box sounded like it had more parts than the other two. So I opened all 3 boxes, only to discover that one of the items was broken. We couldn't give the damaged item to the intended recipient.
We notified OneDayOnly that the product was damaged and they promised to assist us by getting in contact with the supplier. I fully understand that it made it very difficult seeing that it was the festive season with a lot of public holidays and people on leave. But they just don't give us any feedback. Even if we enquire, we don't get any feedback.
Please OneDayOnly, we have always received good service from you. What's happening now???
