No refund, bad attitude & overall pathetic sevice

Purchased three vouchers as Christmas gifts. Supplier closed down and as a result Groupon was approached for a discount. A month has now passed, no progress and pathetic attempts at trying to convince me that the refunds had been done.

I would not recommend that you purchase anything from Groupon as clearly their refund policies are not worth anything.
