I ordered 2 Ipad covers with 2 seperate transactions in September 2012 from groupon and paid by credit card.
Only one cover was delivered, the other appears to have vanished and groupon fail to acknowledge it.
I have emailed everyone i can at groupon to track this parcel or provide me with a refund and no one has bothered to respond. Their lack of interest in resolving these matters is shocking. I would now like my money back for the purchase.
