I bought a Cloud Nine hair product for R1749-00 and this company uses PayFast to make payment. Incredibly my account was debited twice and I discovered this some days after the transaction. Only one product was delivered to me. Upon reporting the double payment Student Deals has done nothing to help me recover the money and states that the second payment was a pending charge? - I am not sure what a pending charge is and why it has been deducted. Please be warned these companies may have cheap products to sell but the customer support is non existent - I am now in a compromised situation I have yet to resolve this and recover my money.
