I purchased an item 1 month ago (23 September). On 10 October I emailed support because I had received no word from Groupon or the supplier other than the confirmation on purchase of my order. I have emailed 3 times with nothing but automated responses from Groupon and tried phoning but got cut off after holding for over 10 minutes. Any human response would be great. My purchase or my money back would be even better.
