Response has NOTHING to do with my problem!!

I emailed Groupon 2 weeks ago to notify them that I would not be able to redeem several Groupons I purchased for Gloria Jeans at the Pavilion as they are closed for renovations. I received only the automated response. I emailed again a week ago, finally received a response last night that explained I needed to print out my voucher to redeem it. Did Lavanya not bother to actually READ my question??? Still haven't been refunded and now I don't want a credit, I want the amount refunded into my credit card.
