Hi on the 27 /August, i bout a massage machine from EXODUS Marketing, they demonstrated a Demo, how the machine works, and how to switch the attachments, while i was signing for the goods, the sales consultant boxed and gave my sister -in-law the package. When i got home the machine was defective, didn't work as the one they had demonstrated, i called the sales girl her name is Beryl, told me to bring the machine back and assured me that the machine is still under warranty, when we got to the shop there was a guy whose name i didn't get. the girl couldn't speak when we asked her if she knew about the return, the guy in the shop there after didn't give us any chance to explain kept going in circles with his questions. in frustration i walked out, leaving the machine with them, it been a week now and no one has got back to me about mt complain whether they will refund or replace the machine thank you; head office number (031) 4011923
