Budget Auto Fitment Centre Nightmare

I have taken this case to the NCC, following Budget and Groupon's failure to respond to me or offer me a refund following Hyundai South Africa's confirmation that a cambelt replacement invoiced and paid for, had in fact never been carried out.

I took my car to Budget in August for the full service deal that Groupon sold (valued at R1800 for less than half the price) and was told the cambelt needed replacement for R1600. I asked that the fused headlamp be fixed too. That evening I noticed that the headlamp had not been replaced and the car was leaking oil badly. I took the car to Hyundai in the following week who fixed the headlamp and oil seal which had been overfilled by Budget. Subsequently, after another R7800, Hyundai advised that the cambelt HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED (subsequent to me paying and having a receipt for this from Budget). Now I've read so many bad things about this place... They say that Hyundai are lying and that they did replace it. I've paid twice...

Groupon have also been pathetic fobbing me off that they are sorry for my bad experience with their 'partner'. I've been fighting these guys for 3 weeks for a refund of my money paid. Never ever again!!!
