I've been e-mailing Goupon for the past two months now regarding an item which was delivered to me broken. They asked me to send pictres which I duly sent to them. They have been saying to me that they would get back to me and strill have not done so. i have become so frustrated with the process and starting to have an impression that I am being avoided by them.
