Still don't have my stuff or my money back

I have purchased 3 pairs of pumps for R250 each from wicount about 2 months ago. And i still haven't received it. I keep phoning and they say that they will get back to me, which they don't. I asked if they can just refund me, which they still haven't. IT IS THE WORST BUY SITE I HAVE EVER USED. I want my money or mu shoes
