I purchased a spa treatment deal from GrouponSA 4 months back, I then contacted the supplier to make a booking and they informed that they are not taking any bookings as they are fully booked for the entire year, and this deals have a an expiry date. I contacted Groupon and explained my problem and asked for a refund and they promised to refund me and up to this day I have not heard from them. all I want is my refund please
