After I have purchased a voucher from Groupon, I tried to make a booking with a supplier who informed me that they are fully booked and cannot help at the current moment and will put me on a waiting list after 2 weeks of waiting I called them again and the lady informed that they are fully booked and cannot assist me at all.
I called Groupon wanting a refund because the supplier cannot help and they are refusing to give me a refund. I spoke to a lady called Marisha who simply says its in their rules and regulations that they do not do refunds. Groupon sells these vouchers, they are so quick and happy to take people's hard earned money but will not give service when its needed.
Groupon is a company that cons people out of their money and refuses to answer your calls or your e-mails and never gets back to you when they say they will.
