When trying to redeem this deal. The supplier conveyed that the deal price was misrepresented. On the 1st March, I contacted you and was told that there was a problem with the deal and that I would receive a REFUND. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Problem 2: George's on 4th
Congratulations the George's on 4th Groupon limited offer, is no longer redeemable. Okay... WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Two deals, two voided contracts, NO REFUNDS?
What is the purpose of having a Groupon Customer Services Dept. that can't rectify problems. Close this department and divert the budget to the accounts department to process REFUNDS.
