I complained a lot on wicount about the poor service. Turns out that their suppliers were the ones screwing them over. My goods were delivered eventually along with the free gift. Thanks Lerato for handling the situation well. I was impressed with your approach as you tried to calm the situation down and succeeded. In future however please contact your customers personally before hand to inform them that the goods will be late along with the reason. This will ensure that you do not bear the brunt for errors that are beyond your control.
