I purchased a deal which amounted to R123, unfortunately I forgot to take down the reference number to pay the outstanding amount, since I only had R100 credit with groupon. I sent an e-mail to Groupon asking for the reference number, but I got no response. After a couple of days I sent an e-mail asking for a refund. I still have not received it. I'm losing hope in Groupon, it has since become unreliable.
